Giovanna is a witch, a very powerful one, since she has vampire blood. She is immortal, but for now she is a 18 years old girl beggining her training to become a witch. She always knew what she was, what her parents were, and she's been training all her life to this moment. The moment the witches take her as one of them. Commonly known as companions cats are the rulers of the magic world, every witch is asigned a companion, a powerful cat that will always be there to guide the new witch to there destiny. Giovanna must prove her loyalty to her companion, her control of her magic powers, her connection to her element (water), honour her celtic ancestures and finally become a real witch. This is her path...

I decided back in the end of April to participate on the Make Your Myth Taker readathon.I chose the witch path and declared my inicial tbr. However June was a very stressful month for me and I decided to quit the readathon until I saw that the rules were lifted so I took out one of the books from my tbr and used another for two prompts and I declare myself a witch.

- Athena favours those who seek knowledge beyond all. Read a book that is out of your comfort zone - Three Dark Crowns by Kendare Blake - I read this book for the Make Your Myth Taker Readathon and since fantasy is out of my comfort zone I used this one for this prompt.
- Read a book that features a school - W.I.T.C.H The Power of Five by Elisabetta Gnone - Another book that fited two readathons !
- Read the longest book on your TBR - A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara - this book is huge and I spent half of june not reading so I didn't even picked it up.
- Athena is a favourite among gods and mortals alike. Read a book by your favourite author - Predikanten by Camilla Läckberg - one of my favourite authors without a doubt and was great to read a nordic noir after such a long time.
- After he betrayed her trust, Athena branded Daedalus with a mark that looked like a partridge. Read a book with a bird on the cover - The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins - I started re reading this one but did not finish on time.
